The information you enter into YourCase will be stored in an encrypted database online. This is similar to the security used for online banking. This information will not be shared with the courts or any parties to your case. However, your de-identified data may be used for evaluation purposes to help us improve YourCase.

Who is behind this project?

YourCase has been developed by Portable, a design company based in Melbourne. It has been supported by funding from the Public Sector Innovation Fund at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
I don’t live in Victoria, can I use YourCase?

At this stage, YourCase can only be used by people applying for a Family Violence Intervention Order in Victoria. If you are interested in using this product but live in another state, please get in touch below.
I work in government, can YourCase be developed for my jurisdiction?

Yes, YourCase has been designed in a way that means it can be adapted to other jurisdictions.
At this stage, YourCase can only be used by people applying for a Family Violence Intervention Order in Victoria. However, Portable are interested in partnering with governments and other organisations looking to develop the tool further.
